I redesigned the Enterprise Architect Workspace, replacing scattered navigation paths with an information architecture that made features findable and gave the business a structured licensing model to sell against. I also designed AI product features for Enterprise Agile Planning and a navigation framework for AI-driven contexts that other teams built on.
Twilio
After Twilio acquired Segment, I owned the product vision for a new customer engagement platform, defining multi-step campaign journeys and conditional workflow building. I translated it into interface designs and a vision film that made the case to product leadership. The work informed what shipped as Twilio Engage.
